During these uncertain and often isolating times, looking after our health and wellbeing is more important than ever. While many members of our community will be coping well, others may need some support.
Tes provides information and training to schools on wellbeing topics. During the pandemic they are sharing these online guides with all schools for us to share with our students, parents and carers.
Covering topics such as mental health, low mood and depression, anxiety, loneliness, digital resilience and much more, there are separate guides for children and young people and for parents and carers, with guides for children and young people including useful helplines and websites.
