'Last half term, Reception & Nursery were visited by a team of firefighters and their fire engine! The firefighters demonstrated to the children how they would prepare for a fire and what equipment they would use. They also informed us on what to do in an emergency! The children had great ...fun spraying the hose and climbing into the fire engine. Thank you again for visiting us!'

Reception had a dental nurse visit us to tell us about dental hygiene and looking after our teeth! Reception were taught how to brush their teeth correctly and what is good to keep them healthy. We then played a game! Thank you to our lovely visitor!'

A reminder that on Friday 26th June at 10:15 - 11:30am, we are hosting a 'breakfast in the sun'. We have invited parents and carers to come and join us for a picnic breakfast in our garden! This will be followed by a short play/stay session. Our themes this half term are ...'Pirates' (Nursery) and 'Amazing animals' (Reception). We would like to ask the children to dress up according to their class theme! Nursery and Reception children who stay all day will need to bring school clothes and shoes in a labelled bag to change into for the afternoon. Last year, we had some fantastic costumes so we can't wait to see!
