On Friday 9th October, at Frederick Nattrass Primary Academy, we dressed in yellow for #HelloYellow to show all children and adults that they are not alone with their mental health. We talked about who you can talk to about your worries and how it is always good to talk to someone rather than bottling problems up inside. By wearing yellow, we showed that we are all here to support one another. We had a fantastic day raising awareness on such an important issue.
